By downloading or using the Boshkeh application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Boshkeh is a personal organization tool that provides calendar management, holiday tracking, and event synchronization. Certain features, such as AI event creation and public event hosting, may require a premium subscription.

3. User Accounts & Security

You may use the App as a guest or by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Payments: Premium features are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Google Play Store.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the Google Play Store's refund policy.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

5. User Content & Public Events

If you have a "Creator" status, you may publish Public Events. You represent that:

• The content is accurate and does not violate any laws.
• You have the rights to any images (posters) you upload.
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or harmful.

We reserve the right to remove any Public Event that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Boshkeh App, including its design, code, and logo, is the property of Boshkeh. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boshkeh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, missed appointments, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
